I'm an Australian lawyer, and a PhD student at the [[http://ici.qut.edu.au|Institute for Creative Innovation]] (iCi) in the [[http://www.law.qut.edu.au|Faculty of Law]] at [[http://qut.edu.au|Queensland University of Technology]]. My PhD research considers the governance of virtual communities - particularly, the theoretical underpinnings of digital constitutionalism in MMORPGs.

I'm also vice-Chair of [[http://efa.org.au/|Electronic Frontiers Australia]], and am involved in the [[http://creativecommons.org.au|Creative Commons Australia]] and the QUT [[http://ip.qut.edu.au/|Intellectual Property: Knowledge, Culture, and Economy]] research program.
