ACCC grants APRA re-authorisation

The final determination from the ACCC granting APRA's monopoly authorisation is now up here. Creative Commons Australia lodged a submission to the ACCC complaining that APRA's license-back and opt-out provisions were not flexible enough to be useful to Australian artists who wish to license their music under CC licences. As part of this process, APRA has apparently relaxed those provisions.
